Care & maintenance of our products
TShirts
To get the most out of your Tshirt, we recommend the following care and maintain guidelines:
Wash your Tshirts in cold water. Watch out, the default & automatic machine setting is 30 degrees which we do not recommend for 100% Cotton items.
- Hang your Tshirts inside out to dry and to avoid fading in the sun. If possible, keep out of direct sunlight as dark Tshirts are known to fade over time when exposed to prolonged direct sunshine
- DO NOT IRON ON PRINT . If necessary, cool iron inside out or lay on a flat surface to dry to avoid the need for ironing
- DO NOT TUMBLE DRY (We know you can't wait to wear your favourite Tshirt but tumble drying our items may lead to significant shrinking in size)
- DO NOT USE BLEACH or BLEACH BASED PRODUCTS
- Wear your Tshirt with pride
- Enjoy the compliments, jealous stares from all directions and whispers of "That's such a cool Tshirt!"
- Repeat!
All Tshirt Club Tshirts are 168 gsm (gram), 100% pure cotton items. We use only the highest quality ink and fabric to ensure you get quality that is not compromised.
It's been known that most 100% Cotton items may shrink marginally on the first wash. Please refer to our sizing chart*
Jewellery & Body Piercing Jewellery
Although we do not allow any exchanges or refunds on body piercing jewellery and our products are sealed from manufacturing to your door, we highly recommended cleaning any jewellery thoroughly before wearing. Our jewellery items vary in material. For generic care guidelines, see below:
- Clean your jewellery before insertion or wearing.
- Pour some warm water in a small bowl, and add some mild dishwashing soap.
- Dip a soft, lint-free cloth in the soapy water, and then gently wipe the item with the damp cloth until the piece is clean.
- When cleaning stainless steel or surgical steel items, rub the item along its polish lines.
- Wipe the remaining soap off your jewellery using a moist cloth dipped in clean water.
- Dry the jewellery well with a clean towel, and then leave your pieces to air dry.
- Jewellery cleaning chemicals and products are not recommended. Avoid chemicals or detergents; the best way to clean your jewellery is to wash it with warm, soapy (antibacterial soap) water.
- Never soak your body jewellery in alcohol, especially jewellery made from acrylic or jewellery with gemstones.
- Be careful when drying your face or pierced areas when wearing gemstone or prong jewellery. A prong-set nose ring or cartilage earring can easily be damaged by catching on a towel or clothing.
